Concept Establish and Education about
Quality Control to The Entire Personnel.

     The very first day from our customer placing orders, our responsibility begins right away from mold design, machine processing, manufacturing quality control, assembly, to trial test and molded parts. In this sequence of stages, we would examine them carefully and file the reports to our customers for confirmation, which is all done with our internal looping procedures. Sa Chen is actively educating its employees to be responsible for the quality of the entire product.

     A better quality comes from a strict quality standard. Any mold component must be approved by our QC department in order for us to use it. Before we do any trial test on the molds, we are required to come up with precise mold measurement reports. We intend to show dedication and responsibility to customers with our hard work put into every mold, by doing so we have won our customers' recognition.
